TERMS AND CONDITION
DEFINITION OF TERMS:
• ACCOUNT means a unique Account that has been created by you;
• AGREEMENT means this Terms and Conditions;
• ARENA means the cockpit wherein the coverage is taking place;
• DISABLE ACCOUNT means an Account that has been banned; blocked, closed, deregistered or excluded either by us or by you;
• PLAYERS/S, CUSTOMERS, YOU mean(s) the individual who utilizes his/her own points to place wagers at the ONLINE BETTING CONSOLE;
• SERVICE means the availability to, and provision of software that enables you to play at the Arena using the Internet;
• WE, US, OUR means, SN988 is the sole owner and operator of the website.
• YOUR JURISDICTION means the jurisdiction in which you are domiciled, resides or work.
1.1. PARTICIPATION
1.1.1 Participation in the ONLINE BETTING is at your sole discretion and risk.
1.1.2 Thereby, you are solely responsible for ascertaining whether it is legal in your jurisdiction to participate in the ONLINE BETTING.
1.1.3 In addition to the provisions of 1.1.2 above, you may only participate in the ONLINE BETTING if you have attained the legal age of maturity within your jurisdiction.
1.1.5 We do not warrant the legality of your participation in the ONLINE BETTING in terms of the laws of Your Jurisdiction.
1.1.6 We have the right to request that you furnish us with proof of your identity and age as a prerequisite of your participation in the ONLINE BETTING and at any time throughout your participation in the ONLINE BETTING.
1.1.7 You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency. The agency may, at its discretion and according to its policies, keep appropriate records of such information.
1.2. YOUR WARRANTIES
1.2.1 You warrant and represent, and we enter into this Agreement on the basis of such representations and warranties, all of which are material at the time of your entering into this Agreement and throughout the currency hereof, that you;
1.2.1.1 are legally able to participate in the ONLINE BETTING within Your Jurisdiction;
1.2.1.2 are an "adult", having attained the age of maturity within your jurisdiction;
1.2.1.3 have furnished us with personal details that are valid, accurate and complete in each and every aspect and that you shall advise us immediately should any details change;
1.2.1.4 are the true and lawful owner of the virtual points that you wager in the online betting and/or that you are duly and properly authorized to utilize such virtual points for the aforementioned purposes;
1.2.1.5 shall not deposit nor wager any points in the ONLINE BETTING that are derived in any manner whatsoever from illegal activities contemplated in 1.6 below;
1.2.1.6 shall pay all points owed to the ONLINE BETTING directly to us and, in respect of payment, shall not charge-back, deny, reverse and/or countermand any such payments;
1.2.1.7 shall ensure that any points owed by you to the ONLINE BETTING are paid to Us and a payment to any third party (irrespective of whether the third party is acting as an agent for you or Us) shall not constitute a discharge thereof until the said points have actually been received by Us. A breach hereof may result in a refusal by Us to pay any cash-in;

2. THE SERVICE
2.1 The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, in relation to the satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, completeness or accuracy of the Service.
2.2 We shall not be liable for any computer malfunctions, failure of telecommunications service or Internet connections nor attempts by you to participate in games by methods, means or ways not intended by us.
2.3 We may temporarily suspend the whole or any part of the Service for any reason at our sole discretion. We may, but shall not be obliged to, give you as much notice as is reasonably practicable of such suspension. We will restore the Service, as soon as is reasonably practicable, after temporary suspension.
2.4 In the event of technical difficulties and BETTING is still OPEN, we will declare the fight as CANCELLED and all matched/unmatched points will be voided and returned to the players' accounts. HOWEVER, if the BETTING has been CLOSED, we will declare whatever the winner is in the arena.
2.5 We assert that there may be a delay of a few seconds of the video, although details about the precise length of the delay cannot be provided. SN988 is not liable for any loss that is caused by these delays.
2.6 SN988 strictly prohibits the duplication, modification, distribution, and public exhibition of its video contents without written express of authorization.
2.7 SN988 reserves its right to permanently ban any parties that are proven guilty of violating the rule expressed on 2.6
3. RULES OF PLAY

4. YOUR ACCOUNT
4.1. By clicking on the SIGN UP button on our website, you are REQUIRED to enter a agent code, username and password for your access to the service. A valid agent is REQUIRED for the ACTIVATION of Your account.
4.2. Customers shall remain responsible for protecting the secrecy of their accounts and shall not allow third parties access to or use of their account. The Customer accepts full responsibility for the consequences of allowing such activities. It is also prohibited to deal or transfer funds amongst customer accounts. The Customer accepts full responsibility for the consequences dealing with their Agent.
4.3. In the event of obvious errors in drawing up customer account balances, SN988 has the right to make the necessary corrections. Claims regarding account statements and the balances in these statements may only be made within 15 days of the betting event. Failure to inform the management shall be deemed as an acceptance of the notified account balance.
5. REFUSAL TO REGISTER, DEREGISTRATION, EXCLUSION AND SUSPENSION
5.1. We may refuse to register you as a Player or decides to unregister and exclude you or suspend you as a Player from the website at any time if we deem that your participation on the website is, shall be or has been previously, in any way not for personal entertainment [i.e. business], fraudulent, illegal or that your participation is or has been abusive, collusive or irregular in any way.
5.2. You acknowledge hereby that SN988 is not obliged to give you prior notice of its decision to refuse, deregister or exclude or suspend you, nor to furnish you with any reasons for such decision.
5.3. If SN988 becomes aware that a player is underage, we will, except where there are grounds to believe that a fraud has been perpetrated:
5.3.1. Suspend the account immediately;
5.3.2. Void all wagers that have taken place
5.3.3. Refund the value of all deposits net of withdrawals; and
5.3.4. Close the account.
5.4. Consequences of Deregistration, Exclusion or Suspension
5.4.1. If we deregister or exclude or suspend you from the Console, we shall have the right to:
5.4.1.1. withhold payment to you of any contested funds whether such contested funds are deposits, refunds, bonuses, payouts or the like; and/or
5.4.1.2. exclude you from all or any other sites of the SN988 Group and/or
5.4.1.3. solely determine what criteria you shall have to meet in order to establish a New Account at the Console; and/or
5.4.1.4. in the case of fraudulent, illegal or similar misconduct by you or failure by you to pay any sums due to us:
5.4.1.4.1. furnish any relevant information about you to an intra-group database recording such mischief and, if necessary, hand over your account details to a collections agency for the recovery of any sums that you owe us. You hereby irrevocably authorize us to do so in our absolute discretion, and/or
5.4.1.4.2. have forfeited to us any contested funds that may be derived by you from fraudulent, illegal or similar misconduct.
6. CONNECTIVITY

6.2. Apple mobile products such as iPhone or iPad may require you to install the Puffin browser.

7. LOADING METHOD
7.1 Our Deposit methods are thru: Agents preferred deposit channel.
7.2 All remittances must be claimed first before being credited to players’ accounts.
7.3 Remittances deposited to agents bank accounts or payment channels must reflect or be posted to agents accounts first before the equal points can be loaded to the player's account.

7.5 SN988 is not liable for any loss of remittances due to the player’s negligence or agents negligence.

9. WITHDRAWAL METHOD
9.1 You need to use SN988 System to request for withdrawal indicating AMOUNT to be withdrawn, RECIPIENT as to where the request will be sent and the remittance center or bank that you want to claim your winnings from.
9.2 Any fees charged by the remittance channels used to send the player's withdrawal will be charged to the player.
9.3 Withdrawals/Cash-outs are entertained/accommodated ONLY after the match's actual event (corresponding the website) wherein the account owner was playing.
9.4 Processing of your withdrawal request is within 24 hours if made during the weekdays. Requests made on weekends or legal holidays will be processed on the following work day.
9.5 Only the owner of the account may request for a withdrawal of the credits from his/her account.
9.6 All withdrawal requests must be made thru Agents. Requests made via other channels besides Agents will not be processed.
